Teen Librarian Job Opening in Temecula, CA

Reference / Teen Librarian-40hrs/week

Temecula Public Library

The Riverside County Library System is seeking a self-motivated, customer
service oriented individual to serve on the adult reference desk and to
coordinate teen services at the Temecula Public Library. The ideal
candidate is passionate about providing outstanding adult reference services
and will embrace the opportunity to build a comprehensive teen program for a
diverse population. A master’s degree in Library Science from an American
Library Association-accredited library school is mandatory.

Temecula is a unique city with a population of 100,000 people. The city has
developed a Youth Master Plan with a focus on teens. The Temecula Public
Library opened in December 2006 and is the busiest library in Riverside
County. The library is open 7 days a week. Applications may be obtained
